BREEAM:

GEP Design Consultants provide BREEAM Assessment Services for Healthcare Facilities utilising BRE’s current assessment tools.

We can assess the energy and efficiency and sustainability for both new and existing Healthcare buildings using BREEAM procedures and work tools.

The three stages used to assess new developments are:

Pre-assessment

The first stage provides advice that allows for an early informal view of the sustainability of a development and provides advice on the elements that need to be incorporated into the detailed design and cost plan.

Review of current scheme information with regards to the BREEAM criteria. Provision of pre-assessment document indicating the baseline rating and suggesting what uplift in specifications would be required to reach the desired rating. Provision of a Target/Planning document indicating the target credit rating.Provide advice on BREEAM issues as required.
